If it feels right on both sides, you're up and running within a week, with six weeks of hands-on work together and a check-in each week.
Questions you might have.
Is there a cost?
Design partners pay a discounted pilot fee, which rolls into a contract if you decide to carry on. Nothing is due until you've seen enough of Huegoo to know whether it's worth it to you.
What does "feedback" mean?
Nothing formal. A few notes after each cycle, usually 10 to 15 minutes of your time, and a 30-minute call every couple of weeks to talk through what's working and what isn't. If something about Huegoo irritates you, that's the part we most want to hear.
Do I need a specific data stack?
No. Huegoo works with plain data exports or with the platforms your team already uses, and we add integrations regularly. If yours isn't covered yet, mention it in your application and we'll take a look.
Who else is in the program?
We're keeping the group small, around five teams, and deliberately varied in roles and industries so we learn from different kinds of work. We keep partners' identities private unless they've said otherwise, and we'd do the same for you.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Then you tell us, and you leave whenever you like. No hard feelings and no awkward conversation. Hearing that we're not the right fit is genuinely as useful to us as having you stay.
Is my data safe?
Yes, and we're glad to go deep on this whenever you want. We follow a GDPR-compliant architecture, and SOC 2 Type II certification is in progress. For teams whose data can't leave their perimeter, we also offer customer-cloud deployment via a Cloud Marketplace listing. The security overview has the details.
